We can help make looking for a property in France easier, with a personalized property search service. If you want to move to France but can't physically get here to view properties, we can help.

You provide us with your requirements and we will liaise with estate agents to find prospective properties for you to consider. We can help you find prospective properties, providing a detailed report about each one so you can make an informed decision. We can even view the properties and give you more detailed information including photos and videos. If you decide to buy a property, we can even help with the negotiation of the purchase price and the final purchase process.

The service is unique because we are here to help you make the right choice, but without trying to sell you anything. Our advice is impartial and designed to be as informative as possible for a fixed fee.

Package 1

Collection of information on the properties of interest : calls to Estate Agents – Notaires – Mairie offices – Police de l’Eau.

Informative e-mail to client grouping all of the information found for each property.

Price : 289€ TTC

*This package includes a maximum of 10 properties. Should you wish us to investigate more than 10 properties, we can provide you with a made-to-measure quote.

Collection of information on the properties of interest : calls to Estate Agents – Notaires – Mairie offices – Police de l’Eau.
Informative e-mail to client grouping all of the information found for each property.
Initial viewings of selected properties, with photos, videos and notes taken during viewings.
Informative e-mail grouping all photos, videos and notes for each property viewed.

Price : 899€ TTC

*We advise a maximum number of 5 viewings. Should you wish us to view more than 5 properties, we can provide you with a customized quote.

**This quote also holds a maximum of 530km there-and-back radius from the town of Mayenne. Should you wish us to view properties further afield, we can provide you with a quote to fit your request (See map below).

Package 3

*We offer a maximum number of 10 viewings in the limit 1 (black) or 5 in the limit 2 (red). Should you wish for us to view more than 10 properties in the limit 1 or 5 in the limit 2, we can provide you with a made-to-measure quote (See map below).

**We also offer a maximum of 1 second viewing of a selected property. Should you wish us to second-view more than 1 property, we can provide you with a quote for this.
