Collection of all documents needed for the property purchase.


Check that all documents are complete and correct, and identifying anything that is missing.


Transfer of all documents to the relevant bodies such as the estate agent and the notaire.

Basic plus

The Basic Plus package contains the services from Basic with the following important addition:


We will carry out a pre-reading of the Compromis de Vente (initial contract) and Acte de Vente (final deeds). You will receive our notes and opinion on the contracts, and advice regarding any amendments we think are necessary.

The Comprehensive package provides everything you need for a property purchase, and includes everything in Basic Plus with these additional services: 


Translation of all correspondence : e-mails to and from the estate agent, notaire, the vendor, the town hall and any other third parties involved in the process.


We will accompany you and provide a verbal translation at the signings of the Compromis de Vente (initial contract) and Acte de Vente (final deeds).


Price : 499€ TTC

Terms of service: Payment requested on invoice receipt of invoice.
